With the opportunity to partner with Tractor Supply Company (TSC) to test pilot a Carhartt Shop within TSC, Carhartt approached RGLA to craft a design for a Shop-in-Shop (SIS) experience that could be part of a national rollout program. As part of the approach for the design, modularity was a key factor not only in fixture design but also within the branding program. The SIS design establishes a strong bold statement of Carhartt’s legendary quality and rugged authenticity, while seamlessly delivering to the merchandising, operational, and marketing priorities of Carhartt as a leading brand within TSC. Key elements bring the shop to life including feature wayfinding signage, accent lighting, barn wood wall accent with bold branding statements, a new flooring pad, and feature wall perimeter fixtures that delineate the shop with barn doors highlighting some of the product categories. As part of our involvement, RGLA provided complete design services, and program management from shop design to vendor coordination and site implementation.
