Robert E. Arend - Chief Operating Officer and Principal
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RGLA Solutions, Bob is responsible for overseeing the operational, finance, and human resource activities of the company. With his extensive retail operations, merchandising and marketing background, Bob is uniquely qualified to assess each of these areas for the client and then lead the development of an integrated solution which addresses these multiple objectives. Prior to joining RGLA, Bob served as VP of Retail for Florsheim Group, Inc., where he was a member of the corporate Executive Committee and Operating Board. As the head of the retail division, Bob oversaw all sales, operations, merchandising, marketing, real estate and human resource development for over 250 company owned retail stores. Bob has also held the corporate position of Sr. Vice President of Retail for VIRTUEM Entertainment, and served as Vice President of Merchandising for Hartmarx Corporation, where he was responsible for the merchandising, marketing and product development efforts for this 250 store chain of specialty stores.
