True Value wanted to present its Members with a package that would allow them to “Refresh” their Paint Departments on a budget. RGLA worked with True Value team members to brainstorm and deliver this concept, in response to intensive Marketing studies, highlighting the need for a softer, more feminine environment. Departmental layout, fixtures, including desk and seating elements, and a full Visual Communications package were developed to encourage browsing and a project-oriented approach to sales and service in the department.
