| A truly unique addition to Orvis’ Bend, Oregon store, “The Orvis Casting Course at the Old Mill” is the first 18 “hole” landscaped casting course of its kind in the country. RGLA partnered with members of The Orvis Company, The Old Mill, and fly fishing experts to design and execute the course. Each “hole” offers a different challenge for the professional fly fisher, or the casual customer interested in trying out a line. The course encourages using a variety of techniques to deal with the different challenges, from roll casting and back casting to pick-ups and lay-downs in order make the target zone. |
