Ethel’s engaged RGLA to bring to reality the conceptual design of their “Chocolate Lounge” new retail venture. With a 10-store-debut in Chicago area, RGLA developed the design concept into a rollout program to fulfill the vision and operational needs of ethel's parent company Masterfoods USA/M&M Mar’s. The scope of the project included architectural and engineering documentation, landmark council and zoning submittals, construction administration, and vendor coordination.
